Stressed about the entrance exams? Stress can be shown in many ways. Some of the common signs are racing heart, stomach cramps, sleep disorders, loss of appetite or overeating. Here are some tips to help you relax.

Start studying as soon as your teacher announces the test. Even before that, read your notes after each class to make sure you understand them. Pen down notes in your own words. You can always prepare in detail on the questions that your teacher told you can come in an exam. Write questions and answers after the class is over. This will make it easier to study.

Cramming all night does not usually work. Plan your study time in advance so that you feel safe for the exam.
