Culinary or front office? What cooking means to me

What’s cooking? When I finished my schooling at age 17, I could make a salad and boil an egg. As a student, I made Maggi and instant soup. I got married in my early years, I made the pasta, pasta and pasta. And then at some point a culinary explosion took place in my consciousness and developed a real interest not only to eat good food, but cook the food. Perhaps it was moving to Delhi, was surprised by the variety of foods available. At that moment, many famous chefs began publishing cookbooks, and the way they wrote was what I needed — the dominant type of address required in the kitchen. My skills were lacking many things to suit my palate.hm2

Planning, buying and preparing food take huge amount of my time. It does not bother me. My son was now in grade 12th and he grew up watching me cook lovely dishes and this inclined him as well towards food and cooking. It is a daily pleasure, not a daily cycle. He like the idea of the slow movement, the selection of fresh ingredients, take them home and prepare something delicious to feed our family.

He went from a boring necessity for something approaching an art, but more than that, because it covers a whole range of things that are important to me.

One of the things he like is that it is the creative cuisine – mixing flavors, colors, things that go well together on a plate.

Another thing my son love is the pleasure that gives food, both for others and for him. Thanks to his home science teacher who taught him to cook.

Living in Delhi, me and my son had to learn to love the challenge of providing unusual ingredients (things such as coriander, mint, halloumi cheese, pumpkin, pita bread, limes) in a country where the supermarkets are small, focus on seasonal products and meet the provincial tastes. We love cooking something unusual, source of time and plan the necessary things – if you cannot find at the supermarket, I visited a dealer, ordered what I need and provides the following day. It requires foresight.

Best part about this is you don’t have to study hard core subjects, you study what you love. Only difficult part is getting admission into the college and for that you have to clear a hotel management entrance. If you have passion for cooking look for best coaching institute who can guide you for entrance.

Benefits of CLAT Coaching Classes in Delhi

I was just going through internet and saw so many questions students have asked on benefits of clat coaching so I decided being a teacher I will pen down something which can be of some help to them.  What I feel is that any sort of coaching is helpful, I travel a lot and have been into education industry from past 15 years, so I have kind off seen lot of trends from computer courses to retail boom then MBA thing but I have always felt that right coaching under right mentor can certainly leave a mark on your performance. Imagine a wrestler without a coach or a cricket team without coach. No one can perform upto the mark as the direction is missing. We all need a mentor, guide and a teacher to show us the right path where we can perform and prove our talent. It happens that what we feel is our strength is not actually the case rather we excel in some other field and all this is judged and noted by the one who is observing us, guiding us. The benefits can be numerous of having right coaching.clat-blog-banners

Your coach can teach you time management which is very important in entrances like CLAT and AILET as the papers are time based and time bound. CLAT is an online exam and speed and accuracy is very important. Attempting right questions can fetch you marks but attempting wrong questions will not even waste your time but also can fetch you negative marking.

With the years of experience your coach can even tell you important topics and what sort of questions or section to attempt first. Subjects such as quants require tricks wherein you just have to learn the formula and a trick and then only at the sight of question use relevant trick to find out solution…you don’t have to solve it completely. Again there are tricks to attempt reasoning questions so if you feel that you can do all by yourself then I would suggest you to think again.

In CLAT you even have a subject of legal aptitude which really requires a teacher’s guidance. There is no point wasting time trying to mug up everything as certain things have to be understood first.

Apart from quant and reasoning you even have subjects like GK and English. CLAT checks your General knowledge and verbal ability. You all know that after hindi English is the most spoken language in india, so understanding the nuances of English and bringing it in to your personality is also very important.

SO I strongly suggest look out for best coaching institute for CLAT, get yourself enrolled and all the best for your entrance exam.
